Season the shrimps with grated onion, lemon juice, mustard,
garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Put them to one side and let them drain
for a few minutes. Bread the shrimps and fry them in two cups of very hot
oil. To bread the shrimps - mix the beer and the egg yolks.
Dip the shrimps in the beer before dredging them in the breadcrumbs. Repeat
the operation once. Serve with mayonnaise and lemon slices.
* It is very important to use flat beer for cooking.
Leave the bottle open for a while before using.
